    Spectrum sucks, we have it. The box and guide are from the 1980s, like our winters. But I recently went with their 10 channel basic package. So internet + 10 channels ‘ala cart’ + hbo/showtime/starz comes out to $140/mo. Even if we became cable cutters we’d still pay $70-80/mo for shitty spectrum internet and then whatever streaming service would basically amount to the same. If Starlink becomes a thing, I’ll jump on it.

    I’ll do the basic. Salmon or Flounder...but anything else is gross smells or strange texture. My wife enjoys Alaskan crab but by the time she is finished cracking the first leg and hunting for her little piece of meat...I’ve devoured my plate already, asked the waitress for the check, and started the car. I do like a warm buttered lobster on a toasted hoagie though.

    Social distancing should be the rule going forward, forever. I like my personal space. I don’t need people all up on me at checkout lines, gatherings, etc...oh social distancing on the roads too, 6 car lengths. Relax, you’ll get to your destination...back off my tail.

    When you’re saying we have a 4 week window of real winter then the likelihood of a ratter is very high. Combine that with the awful pattern we are in for the rest of Novie and the fact this will be a front loaded winter...there isn’t much room for a sustained winter, is there? Sure, we will have our chances but ‘close the shades’ seems like the dominate phrase this season.

    Tiger also birdied 5 of the last 7 holes after that disaster 10. That’s the key takeaway imo. DJ has been lights out. I keep fading him and it’s burned me, especially in DFS. My boy Munoz played great as usual until an awful final round. Cam Smith was a sneaky pick, he came through big. Now onto the dead zone of Golf...
