    Isn’t that a rare length though? It typically doesn’t hold for that long and lately it comes and goes in a transient fashion. Basically, I’m not going to bet on a long sustained blocking episode from Mid Nov thru Feb.

    Not to detract from this snow threat but that’s basically 10/11 but 1-2months earlier...so come mid/late Dec it vanishes.

    You can already see the raging +AO effect this faux snower. We can still get to normal snow though in an otherwise crappy winter. Did it in 18/19 when most of our totals came in Nov and Mar. I’ll be in nowcast mode all season...anything the models will show beyond D2 will be fake news.

    Yea. I didn’t jump on until 9pm but having a wide time slot allows people to click on when it’s convenient for them. I think zoom has potential to have more participants than an in-person gtg, for sure. Next time brother.

    It is just snapshot and thus not perfect especially if you’re traveling. It’s not easy, it sucks. Hopefully this magically just goes away soon. It didn’t happen for Easter nor the summer...but just maybe third time is a charm.
