  1. Yup. That’s what I am hanging my hat on now.
  2. I agree. No jumps here though. It is what it is.
  3. When you’re saying we have a 4 week window of real winter then the likelihood of a ratter is very high. Combine that with the awful pattern we are in for the rest of Novie and the fact this will be a front loaded winter...there isn’t much room for a sustained winter, is there? Sure, we will have our chances but ‘close the shades’ seems like the dominate phrase this season.
  4. Nah. It’s all connected in one way or another in some form or fashion. The butterfly effect.
  5. Tiger also birdied 5 of the last 7 holes after that disaster 10. That’s the key takeaway imo. DJ has been lights out. I keep fading him and it’s burned me, especially in DFS. My boy Munoz played great as usual until an awful final round. Cam Smith was a sneaky pick, he came through big. Now onto the dead zone of Golf...
  6. Just stay home with the fam and turn on zoom all day/night to connect with other households.
  7. If it looks like a rat, smells like a rat, and behaves like a rat...it’s a rat.
  8. Was at Jiminy Peak this weekend. Big rains, wind gusts, then snow squalls today...life in the Berks, enjoyable.
  9. It’s too close for comfort, regardless. Me thinks that will be the prevailing theme this season...model chaos.
  10. Yup. More predictable than a nam clown map showing 48” for Cape Cod MA from a clipper.
  11. Cool stories. Refreshing. Kids are a challenge. There are highs and lows but that’s kind of the fun part, figuring it out and trying to be a better parent by effing them up less than our parents did to us. The journey of shaping a life is super rewarding though. Not everyone wants that nor would enjoy it and that’s fine too. Anyone who’s gone thru parenting probably wished at some point had they chosen a different path. My wife and I both have, ha...but that type of honesty and playfulness makes us closer. I think.
  12. It is. And the streaming options are great too.
  13. Sometimes I wish we just bought a townhome instead. It’s nice to have a private 2 acres here but man...it’s constant work. If we didn’t have kids, I would sell this and make life a little easier.
  14. It’s unfortunate that the fed govt has given up. It’s down to the states and the local level to do what they can but some areas seem like they are fighting a forest fire with an extinguisher. It is what it is.
  15. Yea. I like the no crowds as well. I think we discussed this after the restart. Conditions were ripe today for low scores but I think that changes as the weekend unfolds. Regardless, it can get to -20 and we still love the course and find it a true test for a major.
