  1. Cool stories. Refreshing. Kids are a challenge. There are highs and lows but that’s kind of the fun part, figuring it out and trying to be a better parent by effing them up less than our parents did to us. The journey of shaping a life is super rewarding though. Not everyone wants that nor would enjoy it and that’s fine too. Anyone who’s gone thru parenting probably wished at some point had they chosen a different path. My wife and I both have, ha...but that type of honesty and playfulness makes us closer. I think.
  2. It is. And the streaming options are great too.
  3. Sometimes I wish we just bought a townhome instead. It’s nice to have a private 2 acres here but man...it’s constant work. If we didn’t have kids, I would sell this and make life a little easier.
  4. It’s unfortunate that the fed govt has given up. It’s down to the states and the local level to do what they can but some areas seem like they are fighting a forest fire with an extinguisher. It is what it is.
  5. Yea. I like the no crowds as well. I think we discussed this after the restart. Conditions were ripe today for low scores but I think that changes as the weekend unfolds. Regardless, it can get to -20 and we still love the course and find it a true test for a major.
  6. I’ll never warm up to Bryson. Talks like he invented or re-invented the game.
  7. America...where we believe to have the freedom to do whatever and say whatever we please. You ask people to wear masks and they say it’s their right not to but what they don’t realize it’s not their right to put others in danger by possible infecting them. We have stop signs, speed limits, seat belt laws, etc...laws and guidelines to protect society. Sure, some are more infringing then others but the idea this is the wild wild west is short sighted, cherry picked, and agenda driven. Generations before us have given up a lot more then putting on a mask...I think we have lost sight of that. It’s sad.
  8. I told the wife to euthanize me like a dog and while that sounds harsh at first...until you realize that (most) dogs are treated better than humans.
  9. I’ll defer to you but it’s always concerning when it is the dominating feature in late fall.
  10. The great VD 07 sleet storm, yup. Feb 06 was the ‘JMA finds a nut’ blizzard that happenned in an otherwise subpar pattern and winter, I think. Then again I was in CNJ so practically every winter was subpar.
  11. Best wishes to you and your fam as well, Bob. And to anyone else struggling for that matter...
  12. Nice. It still counts even though we’d like our first to be memorable. It’s kinda like sex...who cares how it happens and where, it still feels great.
  13. Yea. The Feb 06 KU came in an otherwise subpar pattern for SNE, IIRC.
  14. Ha, same here. Maybe a doink off a tree or cart path.
  15. No different then any other time out for me.
  16. The Masters is upon us and it feels like spring outside. Conditions are ripe for scores to go real low. Let’s get after it: JT +1200 - 20 units Hatton +2500 - 20 units Day +4000 - 20 units Kokrak +8500 - 20 units Top 10: Munoz +5000 - 20 units DFS lineup: Rahm, Koepka, Day, Cam Smith, Wallace, Munoz.
