    No worries Cory. Every company keeps telling me I need to cut down more trees and while I am all about having more sun on the property, less leaves to clean, less damage potential…I’m not willing to do it on my dime alone. I’m trying to get a company to meet me halfway but so far I don’t have much leverage. It seems like their business is booming so one customer is not that important to their bottom line.

    Costs are up, yea. We’re going geo when our two ac units crap out in about 5yrs but I would like to go solar before then when we are ready for geo…just haven’t gotten the right bid from a company yet. Cameron at SunPower ghosted me and was a bit of an ahole too tbh.

    Side note: We’ve been trying to go solar but every company so far says I have too much shade and must cut down like $10k-$15k worth of trees in order to maximize the output. Of course, they aren’t willing to pay for it so it falls on us. Any advice on that aspect, and which company did you go with?

    That’s about what I am seeing in person without DIT at the electric blue beer goggles on. Some trees are fully colored, some are mixed, and some are still mostly green. 50/50.

    AN temps with normal or AN snow seem to be more common lately too so if we took the past couple of winters and moved them back into the 80s, it would have resulted in less snow, imo (possibly). Increased water vapor is helping us balance out the temp trends a little. We need a favorable pac driven winter to roar back.
