D8 Looks very timing based and really the best h5 look happens at the end of gefs/eps but that’s been the theme the past week. Always looking good at hr360.

Looking forward to warmth. The cold/dry warm/wet winters down here are getting old. Yea we queefed out a couple messily inches this month in certain SNE locations but overall, another boring winter month in the cards. The early Jan pattern that was pimped by some ain’t happening. Getting kicked down the month as the trough is too far west, yet again. Maybe it changes and mid month goes nuclear, or maybe it doesn’t…we just don’t know. What we do know though is that winters have sucked this decade in most of SNE.

You can start seeing the reinforcement of WC troughing in the op but with a good atlantic, it will work. If that does not cooperate like shown on the gfs/gefs then it’s more hostile.

Even the euro/eps is starting to dig WC troughs at the end of the runs. IDK. Bruce Willis maybe be coming out to the runway…

My comments are based on some trends I am seeing that are diverging from the weenie ensemble runs. Gefs is pushing the WC narrative harder with OP verifying that while eps remains more WC ridging even though its OP has some WC troughing. All I am saying is pumping the brakes on an epic Jan is certainly warranted. Not only for mental stability but because guidance is hinting at it.

I know you did. Just waving a caution flag to those that expect a month long of shlong slapping.

Easy now with jan96 and jan11 redux. Both euro and gfs show signs this could fail quickly. Troughs digging into Cabo…hope ens aren’t head faking us at h5.
