  1. It’s a shame you have a difficult time accepting defeat over and over again. Where have your widespread 60s been this week?
  2. I don’t know how you guys do it. I can’t play below 55F. I’ll see dudes on the course when it’s in the 40s and drizzle wearing winter gear, and I cringe. It doesn’t look enjoyable. Same for the really hot days. Big hairy men smoking cigars sweating on the first tee on 92/77 days. I’m a wuss…Golf is a 60-80 degree game for me.
  3. Barely tickling 50F with increasing nw winds and mostly cloudy skies. Top 10er for sure.
  4. I used to vape on occasion years ago but once it was easier to hop over the border to MA and get edibles and the like, I tossed the vape. Can’t wait until we go live in CT. So great for the communities, businesses, and the state. Everyone wins.
  5. Nope. A pinch of a gummy and a vodka seltzer like a High Noon.
  6. “The heat is on a-hole. One more beer and I’m cutting you off.”
  7. As he sits on a bench of a warm indoor bar which proceeds a quick pic of a roped off and closed rooftop.
  8. Glad ya’ll are playing already. No rounds for me yet.
  9. I would have loved to be in your class in high school, if you were a teacher. I’d write my name down and randomly circle a few answers…and collect a passing grade for just existing because a C- for a winter which produced 50% of your seasonal average is generous grading.
  10. You can’t go wrong with a timeless subway tile look that’s for sure, regardless of color.
  11. Yea, same cabinets. Sanded, primed, and 2 coats of satin cabinet paint. Just need to close it out with some Polycrylic top coat for the doors to protect the finish from kids and wife.
  12. Yea. Late next week into the weekend is the question. Gfs wants more cutoff dung while euro wants to tickle Kevin’s summeh bottoms.
  13. Thanks. We went with a simple classic look but did add some non grey/white colors to the breakfast nook area which is not visible in the pic, so the entire room isn’t overrun by the greyness. GL on your project, it will be a fun. With two young kids and 3 dogs, it was top priority when we bought the forever house to make the kitchen more functional, and not just to give it a face lift. The previous dishwasher and oven worked occasionally so they had to go. There was no breakfast/sitting area so the new countertops extend further to the right, 18” overhang, which now allows the kids to eat in the kitchen and not anywhere else, ha, in addition to a homework area just off the screen. The only thing left was redoing the cabinets and backsplash which cost us around $600 in material and only 3.5mo of my periodic labor to complete it, ha.
  14. Gfs keeps signaling more of the same next week and into our birthdays but let’s just believe in spring unicorns instead.
  15. Oh yea. 50/49 with drizzle. Just tanning on the deck and high fiving my neighbors.
  16. Nice! Projects are fun to tackle. It takes time and there are challenges but it can be done, in additions to the savings by DIYing. We’re almost finished re-doing our kitchen. Most of it, I did. Cabinets, backsplash, dishwasher install, and cabinet hardware while the experts did the countertops and electrical work.
  17. Endless spring with widespread 60s and 70s receiving a nice tan base while washing trucks in jean shorts and fresh mulching beds head high is not panning out this week, AWATEH.
  18. It’s a strange part of our existence to which those with the most money are held in the highest regards and thus are given the authority to influence the planet however they choose. It’s great when they do good for people, communities, and the planet… but the other side of the coin holds dire ramifications.
