  1. We’re no longer focused/worried on international terror, now…it’s domestic. So bad, so sad.
  2. Yea. Plus mornings and nights are cooler even if the daytime highs get into the 80s.
  3. Best company I’ve worked with so far is SunPower. Spanks recommend them to me and he loves it. They mfg their panels and install their system’s, no 3rd party sourcing, and have truthful sales reps… if there is such a thing. Basically, if it doesn’t make sense, they will tell you. We haven’t pulled the trigger yet but with the bill Biden signed increasing the FTC to 30% and extending it another decade, we’re not in a rush. The technology is constantly improving. We have shade and our roof is not ideally faced so I’m thinking the panels become more efficient over the next few years where the decision becomes a no brainer. As it currently stands, we can get 88% of our annual electric usage via solar. So I’d like to wait and shoot for 100%.
  4. Euro too lol. Don’t worry though it will warm up after you’ve tasted some coc.
  5. Right. I’m not denying the warm spells, they’ll be there…but the torch as far as the weenie dreams of is, as usual, a vision manifested by a drunken mental state.
  6. I didn’t see anything that would elicit such a response…maybe he was having a bad day and took it out on you. I did that in FB this year lol.
  7. Bright blues here. Should be another good one, 80 with dews in the low 50s…beauty.
  8. Virtual brawls occurring…winter must be coming.
  9. You wonder if winter comes early then it may stick around. Persistence seems to be quite prevalent these days.
  10. Looks great Jeff. That’s the look I’m going for to give the backyard some separation from the driveway. How far apart did you plant them?
  11. Just planted this summer actually. They were initially my neighbors but he ripped them out so even though planting in the summer drought is suboptimal, they were free. Two of them probably won’t make it. But you’re right, after a year I shouldn’t need to water them as much as I do now.
  12. When you only have one vision during the warm months, you’re bound to be right…by default.
  13. Home ownership..there’s always something to do or buy, and it never ends.
  14. Yea, it's annoying and I tend to forget. I could run it to the outbound plumbing and to the septic tank but I'd rather be a little more sustainable and less wasteful.
  15. Do you run the line outside so it waters automatically or do you just empty the bucket every day manually? I empty mine manually every day to water the row of Arborvitae’s but it’s a PITA.
  16. Maybe some will get their wish of hot and sticky through V Day?
  17. It’s an awful way to live but he gets it done time and time again. Tip the cap I suppose.
