Wow 12z ECM has bumped up wind potential in east Jersey to 50 here and 60+ Sandy Hook into Long Island. But just like a winter storm it's happening in the early morning hours i will miss the high surf.

Checkout east 195 in Jersey i was stoked and ready to get plastered. An entire thick line of storms vanished and reformed to my east! only distant rumbles EPic

We haven't really had a hot summer since 2013? Had around three thundershowers here all season, the one had good long lasting lightning and that's it. Give it a 3/10 lame. In other news its been rumbling here for quite a while from a few tiny pixels to the east and south.

Finally a fun afternoon, or at least the potential. Been the most boring storm summer money could buy here.

Long range looks quite temperate and normal temps wise. Looks like we escaped another summer where much of the northern hemisphere has done some major roasting, the one heat wave aside.
