Getting close to my demand destruction price of somewhere between $5 and 5.50 a gallon.

There was a summer several years ago that had a cool side June, long range looked not hot at the end of the month and I declared the summer heat beat, then bam torched through September from July 4th.

Long range June looks like more of the same, it may finish slightly above normal but the dominant NW flow with the center of the cool blue bubble in the northern plains continues unabated. Tenacious pattern memory maybe this summer won't be as hot as last year.
