It is and we know one or two storms can bring us to normal. I haven't heard anyone else declare winter over yet.

No one is forecasting the end of winter after this week. It's also foolish to give up on winter with 3 months to go. As we saw with this storm , long range outputs are a joke.

Same here I have only seen a coating so far . Yes it's early but our winters down here have been getting shorter. Need a atmospheric change

We can get to normal easily with a big storm. That's the good thing about living on the coast. Although there are pros and cons. We need an El Nino
