  1. Really impressive winds with this storm, despite missing the worst of the banding here. Probably around a foot of snow (we'll maybe get another inch when that band over the city moves east with the storm later on.) Hard to measure exactly with the drifts. A- Storm, and now a A+ winter
  2. Banding seems to be setting up with a bit of a subsidence screw zone from Stamford on down through western Nassau. Hard to tell how much snow is coming down with these winds though.
  3. One of the more pronounced clouds I’ve ever seen here in CT. The storm looks like it has some rotation with it.
  4. The rain seems to be finally pushing over the Sound a bit, but it may be a while until we get any real rain with dew points still in the low 40s here in coastal CT. Just been a very raw November-like day. Happy for people on LI, hopefully this puts a bit of a dent in the drought on the South Shore.
  5. Here in Fairfield County we've managed to avid the ULL-associated rains to our west and the actual storm to our east. So it's been nothing much at all which did not seem like the case two days ago when the models were shifting.
