    Mine rose to 31 and is slowly coming back down. I have noticed that cloud coverage is way ahead of where it should be with alll models. .

    I don’t believe that warm nose makes it up the valley. .

    I believe we see another shift south with the GFS. .

    NAM showing -5 temperature difference with the warm nose. .

    Surface temps are hovering around freezing even with the warm nose. It’ll be interesting to see what the NAM shows. .

    Also it seems like we’ve had 3 consecutive January’s with recording setting cold temperatures if I’m not mistaken? Each year we have increasing snow as well. Is the January 6th system setup similar to the 8-12in snow storm from last year? .

    I was always told that if the cold gets that far south (Jet stream reaching to the gulf coast)that a blizzard would occur across all southern regions? .

    Pretty nasty storms coming through in the morning. NWS still looking at the southern parts of the state for some severe storms. .

    Ironically the truck read 36 when it transitioned over while taking the kids to school. .
