12:30 AM Update... whoops What appears to be a moderate band of snow is pivoting over central MA and CT continues to battle dry air to the west. Snow is struggling to reach the surface, with flurries reported at various terminals across the CT River Valley. It is possible that a coating of snow accumulates, especially on grassy surfaces in this area if snow can overcome the dry air (for reference, the dewpoint depression at BDL and BAF is about 20F).
