Only 1.15” here today, nothing crazy heavier rain has gone either north or south

We got some nice gusts on the backside here in Lindenhurst interestingly enough, probably around 40 mph or so, when it first came in there wasn’t much wind

Nasty storm here in sw suffolk, constant cg lighting, some 40 mph wind gusts and rainfall rates of a few inches an hr. Probably a top 3 storm over the past few years here.

Picked up 1.14” here in Lindenhurst, nothing too crazy much of the heavier totals missed me to the north and east. First 1”+ rain event for me since early June though

Was 87/77 here earlier with a heat index of 99, down to 85/77, so not necessarily much better. Wildly enough I have zero 90s this summer, max has only been 89

Delta was only a Cat 2 when it came ashore, it did make it up to 105-110 kt cat 3 again though if I remember correctly, but it unraveled a bit before landfall
