    Just shoveled and snow was to the top of my porch step measured that and it's about 8". In the city (southern part).

    We keep up these rates until 7pm like forecast, a foot will be easy.

    From the 7am update that's 1.7 inches in and hour and a half, so more than 1"/hr rates.

    It is funny that the radar is filling in around Pittsburgh. Seems to always do that though.

    It wasn’t supposed to start until late anyway. I’m sure we’re fine and will progress as expected.

    Dew point is still -6, I imagine that needs to raise a bit first.

    Still only 7 at the airport, so staying a little colder so far. That's gotta help even a little bit.

    Yeah, looking at that the air temperature gets pretty high. Definitely not the teens low 20s advertised, but mix or freezing rain generally stays south of the border except for a few tiny blips in the Laurels. A lot of those later hours we're picking up 1"+ per hour too.
