  10. yeah you can envision a very crisp, dry stretch for a few weeks before a killer cutter slices way west and breaks up the Stein
  11. No one wants 2-4" of waterlogged snow washed away by flooding SE gales, slush and leaf blocked drains, flooded basements, etc.
