    Heavy rain and flooding... Rain will become heavy at times Wed night as the low level jet lifts north across the region, with heavy precip lingering into Thu morning for NE MA along the nose of the low level jet. Rainfall of 1.5 to 2.5 inches is expected which will likely cause renewed flooding for many of the rivers in RI and eastern MA that have recently experienced flooding. River flood watches were issued for these rivers. Let's goooo! Up up up
