Stein here. Those CC storms were common in the 80's and 90's, not sure what happened since.

crisp, cool airmass has made its way into this region.  

Yeah dews were at least 75?  77? earlier on Cape Cod.  I went to Orleans/Chatham earlier, the end of the earth.  A heck of a day out there with everyone out and about making the most of it!
