Been stuck on the phone working all day. But the GFS is pretty much weenie heaven if you like tracking chances over the next couple of weeks. Busy time upcoming for those of us addicted to this hobby is my guess.

Windy with blowing snow on 25 MPH winds out here in Winchester. My snowboard is pretty much cleaned off by the wind. Measured 5.3 on my car. So I am going with that. Probably had more if I had measured throughout the night. Just a perfect winter day out.

Going to be a while. I am in no hurry to get out of this warm bed. And I don't really care how much I ended up with. Everything is covered and that's all I wanted. :)

Woke up to see if I was going to work today. Looked out the window and no that's not happening. When I went ro bed last night at 12:30 I had well over 4 inches. Haven't measured yet but it looks close to double that now. But of course I do have weenie eyes.

They dont get the upslope during noreasters that we do. And they rain quite a bit during snow storms for us as well. But it is a beautiful town.

That heavy band just west of Frederick County VA is our 1.5 inches from 11-12. Looks tasty. I think I might have under did my call for the Shen Valley. We are getting worked over right now.

Nice little Jebwalk through the neighborhood. Ripping fatties and instant ground stickage. Roads have not caved yet. But it is only a matter of time. Man I love snow. Took pics but I am too drunk to figure out how to resize them for the site.

Playing around on the Meso site and Frontogen band has made it up to roughly Woodstock. Probably less than half an hour until we are puking in the northern Shen Valley. Buckle up buttercup.
