    From what I’m seeing my call is still 6-10” for nyc/LI. 6” if sleet comes in earlier 8-10” if later. I believe we will all still a ferocious thump of heavy snow and with rates 1-2” possibly 3” an hour that can pile up quickly

    It hasn’t even started yet and like @jm1220said the swfe storms very rarely give the coast a big snowfall. We’d all be begging for this one last winter

    Monday afternoon when it’s all said and done, who will be disappointed? I don’t think anyone will overperform NWS projected amounts but underperforming is likely

    Sleet is better than rain/freezing rain so if it happens so be it. Maybe we’ll get some thunder sleet

    Can we all just relax and enjoy what we get. We are all going to see a 6”+ event in the tri state area with the exception of maybe far southern coastal Jersey. A few model runs and more and more people are ready to throw in the towel. I’m grateful to even be tracking this storm where last year we sat here with noting to look at

    It honestly wouldn’t surprise me. But people neeed to stop panicking it was one run no other model has it as bad
