    It is bad…ice storm. The only saving grace is that by late morning Friday temps are going above freezing even along the MD/PA border so everything will melt.

    WB EURO Weekly Control has my mid March Hail Mary storm. More realistic is that it stays cold through the first half of March on the mean weeklies with the peak around March 5.
