    Whatever happens, whatever you get, it will still be cold. Even if you don’t get anything go outside and breathe the cold air, this may be last time it’s in the teens or low 20s this year. Let it fill your lungs and spark clarity. It will be a refreshing embrace one last time.

    Looking at soil temps in conjunction with daytime snows I’m a little concerned about accumulations.

    If we do get any snow, the temps are favorable for it to stay around for a while. Looks sunny last part of the week and the sun is for sure higher than the last storm. Could be a nice cold sunny after snow scene.

    1 good storm down. What’s next? I see a warm up towards the end of the month and then we start getting into Feb. where we know time is limited.

    Big over perform near RDU tonight. We’re at 2 inches and still going.

    We cant let this cold go to waste. Its a once in a decade cold stretch and we got nothing to show for it.

    That was a let down for sure in Central NC and Triangle area. On to the next storm but I’m hoping the bad juju has been broken and we can get something else.

    The humidity has been steadily decreasing in Wake County. Is that a good or bad sign?
