Snow just stopped where I am at wintergreen. Clocked in just under 14”. Trees down everywhere.

Over 50% of Albemarle is out of power.

So far this storm has been an over achiever with snowfall reports of 6, 7, 8+ in the south. I think we could see some totals over 16”.

Seeing a lot of lightning strikes radar detected in western NC. I like my odds for some thunder snow this morning.
