The 12z EPS is still rain here at 138 then at 141 things turn rapidly into a heavy snow. By 144 the precip is exiting. The final grand total is 1 inch of snow

Sheesh... does the ENS control even have any support from the mean? Hell of a way to run a strong NAO block with 50/50 confluence and a high over SE canada.

By page 55 of the nowcast OBS i'll be complaining of a dry slot after it starts sleeting on top of 12 inches

Not sure if Feb 2010 was also a hybrid. There were two lows, one off the OBX and another near West Virginia but I still don't think it fits. I'm guessing just because there are two lows doesn't make a hybrid
