    Yup just a last kick in the balls . I was all excited I went to snow an hr earlier than modeled . Radar looked tremendous . 2 hrs later I see it turned to garbage and I have 2 inches lol and done

    Many people also don’t use hard surface like snowboards or tables or car tops . Ruler stuck as far in the grass as possible can add an inch easily

    Exactly , I had 5 minutes of rain and changed to snow over an hr earlier than modeled . But precip shut off way earlier than modeled .

    Precip dried up way quicker than modeled down here in north jersey . No way getting close to liquid equivalents amounts forecasted

    1.8 in butler Morris county . Def didn’t get the extended heavy rates that were modeled . Going to be way under in liquid amounts that were forecasted

    2.5 down by me in nj at only 400ft and stuck to the roads . Temp never got below 33

    Yup I’m from northwest jersey and most models had snow accums for me from 3-8 inches . as precip started I was mostly sleet and zr with some flakes mixed in . Majority of what fell is sleet and about an inch of sleet so far

    Not surprised , but Not to long show that and euro where showing me as 6 plus lol. Current temp here 29.5 and dewpoint 11. I’m thinking some nasty icing is going to happen

    I have no choice but to root for the uk as it’s the only model giving me snow now lol. This has been an awful winter snow wise for my area of nw jersey. 16 inches for the year

    I hear ya , guess they are jealous. Really never understood why some get jealous of snow. As one other poster said before i also come to this forum because of the good discussion you guys have. I don’t always chime in but read often.

    Guess I shouldn’t post in here either . Didn’t know you had to stick to your exact region lol. I go between the two as nw jersey is closer to New England wx wise vs nyc
