Before I left the mortgage industry last week for my new position the 15 year fixed rate was 2.65%. I have never witnessed a rate that low. Also this is an excellent time with caution to increase the amount of increased contributions but never go above 1 or 2 % if at all above what your company matches. If anything diversify your portfolio and add an IRA if possible.
All models at one point or another show appreciable accumulation over the next ten days...i have a feeling BW is going to be awfully depressed for a month or two this spring...
I'm surprised how far north the band placement is...almost has a curved look like you'd see in the late fall when the lake water is warm...or its just due to the incredible amount of negative forces with tug hill and the reaper in the vicinity of the band...
Strange to see just basically the 3 western counties with warning criteria snows.. It ALMOST has the characteristics of shifting lake effect with its eastward extent...
What's your definition of a really big one??? 1 foot? 2 foot? We had 11" from synoptic in November and to me at least that's not a really big one. I kinda expecting about a foot from tomorrow night to Saturday morning with Thursday and Thursday night in a dry period...your thoughts?
