  1. At least an inch. Hard to tell because it’s blowing around so much.
  2. HRRR even giving a little love to Raleigh now. It was bone dry before.
  3. The NAM is gonna save you. I’m not done bringing the mojo.
  4. Hopefully the NAM is onto something. I want everybody to cash in.
  5. And just like that it is snowing moderately here in Greenville, SC. Starting to cover everything.
  6. Nothing here. Had a few flurries earlier but that was it.
  7. I wouldn’t be able to leave my house for a month.
  8. Thanks man. Hope Amsterdam is still treating you well.
  9. I hope you’re right. I hate being right on the line of the heavier band though. lol.
  10. Yes. I should have been more clear with that. My mistake.
  11. 2-4 inches for Athens is a safe bet. Slightly less 20 miles west of there.
  12. Just from the ULL for there. North Georgia will still see snow (2-4 inches with a little over 5 inches near the SC and NC border) but the band of heavier snow (6+ inches) will be from Greenville southeast to Greenwood and east/northeast bound from there. The further east and northeast you go the more snow you will see with Charlotte being the bullseye. This map below from GSP shows the cut off really well between the yellow and dark blue:
  13. A meso-low will form as the ULL moves in and tilts. A heavy band of snow will form north of this meso-low from GSP up to CLT and down to CAE. Expect things to ramp up over the Upstate starting around sunrise. Anything before then is just a bonus.
  14. I’m sorry but did GSP use the word blizzard? I’m east of northeast Georgia and on the far west side of that triangle area. Ugh. Hoping the band forms a little further west than what the models show.
  15. Are you crazy? You can’t sleep at a time like this. I never get any sleep and look at how I turned out.
