  1. Been Spitting very light snow since 10:25PM here.
  2. Banding will be the whole thing that will make or break this.
  3. Have a good night my friend enjoy.
  4. Nah, Congrats Fitchburg and Jaffrey on that particular model.
  5. I think its' trying to sniff out a very sneeky layer, about 10K feet of lower BL that might get into the southern CT region. Not a forecast, but a caution as we go forward.
  6. It's physics is superior you know. Not God, but really good. Last Global to look at before the storm.
  7. I fully agree with you. the HRRR is not garbage. It is a good tool for "now" casting as the storm just begins. It helps you pic out the potential heavier band closer to real time.
  8. Watching the Euro come out now before I stop looking at the Globals and focus on the Meso models.
  9. Going to stay for the 12Z Euro then just use the HRRR to track the storms' short future moves.
  10. Yes, correct. I wouldn't say huge but relatively significant for those along the southern and northern edges.
  11. The other New Yorker that said ,"look the model gives 15" to New York City but 12" to Boston." I was showing him a temperature contrast.
  12. Relax my man. I just don't like arrogant comments when no real thought is put into them.
  13. Thank you for posting that. You just proved my point. New York stays 15" but Bedford, MA goes up about 5". See, Not a forecast but a hint at the potential and where the fluff factor may be greater.
  14. They give you an idea of the fluff factor potential if everything broke right but are not an exact forecast.
  15. I said if you read carefully Kuchera "Like" not just Kuchera. Air columns do matter here regardless. Can't avoid it in this one.
  16. If we do a kuchera like situation, you would be normal to wetter in the ratio department, Boston would be fluffier but it is negligible here. however you are close to that sleet line/ battle zone.
  17. That's an Eastern MA Coastal Blizzard. But I digress, I'm with ya.
  18. Eastern, Mass is actually still snowing for a few hours after that. So that makes it interesting to say the least in that HREF model output.
  19. On the 3k NAM, the 8" amount of sediment that Ray dreads seems to be geared towards the Portsmouth, NH area on this one.
