I really think that deep down, no one actually enjoys this 40 something degrees and damp weather for days on end. I mean could understand the flip side, not liking 90 degree heat with humidity in summer, but it just seems some like to "troll" that we aren't seeing much nice weather.
Yup. It’s just trolling

currently looks like the chill shives south 4/25 - 4/27 in /out with some ridging pushing heights up behind it 4/29. Perhaos -10 below normal to a +10 in 48 hours - way out there.
Awful

Good luck, I'm sure it'll be 60s to 70 during the day in Hershey at least. No worries in Grand Cayman for us thankfully, haha!
Kids don’t have passports or else a would have gone to Caribbean. Didn’t feel like going to Florida again, so we are driving down to Asheville, Nc and checking out the blue ridge parkway, then up to Hershey

God that would be fucking terrible. Going to Hershey with my family end of April. Would suck to be in the 30s and 40s.

69. Could use another 5 degrees

Crazy how quickly so many trees just popped leaves yesterday. 2 days ago some of my trees had no semblance of leaves and today they are half leafed out already

Beautiful day, the HRDPS or the GEM-LAM hinted 80 degree temps briefly even for the island. Wouldn't be achievable without the offshore flow. Absolutely loves days like this!
78 now. Well hit 80

I'll take that over 80. Too early for that type of warmth.
Wait another month to early June
80 isn’t hot. It’s probably the ideal temp for most

Constant 40-50 with rain several days a week from october thru may. This sucks. And is worth moving for. Being Maritime like Seattle or London
Don’t forget the wind storms. Every week we get howling winds as well. Awful

There's no bad weather, only bad clothes.
Hard for the girls who had to wear the uniforms and just stand out there. Many just left

Absolutely brutal conditions for my daughter’s softball game. 49 and howling winds with rain squalls. Some parents pulled their kids off the field. My daughter and others were shivering awful.

Must have been very windy overnight. Items blown all around the yard

Yeah but that's because of the warmer lows. Our daytime highs haven't been anything crazy.
Not sure why it matters that the warming may be largely from lows. Warmer is warmer. High lows means fewer mornings with frosts and freezes that kill bugs. One could argue that higher lows has more of an impact on that environment than higher highs
