  1. Looks like City of Oswego getting hit pretty good right now... SUNY Oswego Webcam
  2. Could be better than 2-3 for most or all of the forum...
  3. Reached a fluffy inch and still coming down. Temp of 35.
  4. Filtered sunshine now and temp has shot up to 35. If we have to be screwed out of some snow down here for that 44", I guess this storm might as well be it.
  5. Steady SN- has commenced here and roads are dusting up. If we get an inch I'll call it a win.
  6. Agreed. However their WWA for Ne PA and Sullivan County are shaping up to bust if 18z runs are close to correct.
  7. 18z NAM 12k and esp the 3k version would result in some busted forecasts for the coastal plain including NYC. Looking like 2 flurries up here instead of 2 inches.
  8. 18z Euro is about same track as 12z but throws a bit more precip to the nw for Sunday...
  9. 18z hi res Canadian reg does as well but it doesn't seem to be capturing the current radar very well so who knows if any of it's output will be right.
  10. 6z Hi Res Canadian regional... Verbatim, the band doesn't start forming til 23z Friday and again disintegrates by 21z Saturday so less than 24 hours, but precip and max snowfall on kuchera actually ticked up from 0z run. Overall placement seems very consistent with the 2 previous runs.
  11. 0z Euro looks much better for the Tuesday storm...
  12. I think you might be right. I've never really paid too close attention to LES, but I believe I've heard the Canadian regional referenced as being a decent model for LES. Not sure if that applies to both the RDPS (10km) and HRDPS (2.5km) versions or not.
  13. 0z high resolution Canadian regional output. The band is completely disintegrated by 21z Saturday verbatim...
  14. Here was the 18z hi res Canadian regional for the 24 hour period ending 18z Saturday...
  15. That sunshine was intense here. Got up to 43 and melted the ice off my south facing gutters and downspouts. Temp down to 17 now.
  16. Yeah per the nws daily almanac, Buffalo-Niagara Intl reported 1.1 on 2/1 and 1.4 on 2/2, so a 2.5 storm total unless they received some additional snow after midnight today.
  17. The official measurement from the Bgm airport/nws office is the 10.0 on the map and that's a final running tally after the snow ended today.
  18. Don't know if it was posted already, but here is BGM snow total map...
  19. Wow... that radar is something else for that NY41 and NY41-A vicinity of Cortland/Cayuga/Onondaga. The drive from here to Skaneateles is always one of my favorites in CNY. Can recall several times where what seemed like benign weather heading north out of Homer would quickly turn adventurous upon reaching the hills in and around Spafford. Must be amazing scene up there right now.
  20. Just got in from clearing the last of the snow here. Good luck to you south shore folks, radar looks amazing!
