Eden, NC: At my location, the temp finally started dropping from 34.8 at 12:22A down to 30.4 at about 3A, where it has held fairly steady since. Current readings here are 30.4/29.1 with a very light glaze on the deck and the windshields. KSIF is reporting 31/29 OVC 900, unknown precipitation KMTV is reporting 29/29 OVC 900, unknown precipitation

Eden, NC: Currently 35.7/35.7 and absolutely pouring rain, 0.3" in the past 75 minutes! High today of 36.5 at 3:52P and a low of 33.4 at 6:47A.

Just checked and the bucket is showing 0.19", so maybe it's working after all.

Eden, NC: At 8:17A, the dew point dropped away from matching the temperature point by point since midnight. High temperature today was 37.8 at 11:17A, while the low was 33.7 at 4:17A. Currently at 36.4/36.1 and dropping, with only 0.06" recorded, but I think that's wrong because it's been raining for a couple of hours now.

WSW for Rockingham County issued at 9:58A. Based on public safety radio traffic, trees are down all over the county. Eden is at 33.2/32.9 and just light rain.

Eden, NC: Temp and dew point both at 33.4 and rain with a rogue flake here and there. My approximately 0.25" of snow has been mostly erased by the 0.28" of rain. The attached picture is from a friend in Maggie Valley.@Jessy89 enjoy the beautiful day!

Temp and dew point both holding steady at 32.8 for about thirty minutes now. Beautiful snow changed to a cold rain around the top of the hour. Currently a little snow mixed with the rain.@Tullioz is only about two miles away, and had at least 0.25" more snow than here.
