    I was at Orioles opening day in 2003 (actually on March 31st) when a massive squall hit during the game. I've shared this in previous years, but in honor of the season, an encore: (the snow begins at the 21:00 mark, but you gotta check out the scene around 32:00)

    I only had .01" of rain yesterday. You're being selfish. And yep, I expect bank thermometers to hit or exceed 80 in Maytown today. Wait...we only have one bank and there's no thermometer.

    paweather is indeed much closer but I assumed he's got underground freezing apparatus so that while we have April snow TV, he experiences April "snow show" on his lawn.

    My neighbor was out mowing yesterday afternoon and we got to talking. He knows all about my weather "interest" and I was telling him about this forum and how I "know" someone 90 minutes away from us that hasn't mowed yet this spring. With that, he removed his cap, wiped his brow and said "what...is the guy's yard 3' high or what?" I told him I'd pass his question along. LOL

    48 was the low here overnight. Picked up some very light rain earlier as well. Current temp is 60.

    I spent so many nights on 33rd Street in the late 70s when games started at 7:35pm and I was on 83 northbound around 10pm. Lots of games ended by 9:45pm or so...then the question became how long would it take to get out of the lot at Eastern High School.

    2-0 game back when I was a kid was played in 2 hours give or take. 3 hour games were rare and only happened in slugfests if then.

    Yes you did, and that was a great call! I certainly wasn't arguing with you, but at the same time I didn't have nearly the confidence that you did. I've been jaded by far too many choke jobs over the years.

    Sixers have the Raptors who we lost 3 out of 4 to. We do not match up well with their athleticism at all. We'll see...

    Well, you called this "event" a week or more out when frankly, I wasn't even paying attention. Anyway...sky had grown VERY dark...had a brief burst of rain/graupel mix that quickly transitioned to heavy snow. All of it lasted just a few minutes. But it was very cool indeed.

    38 for the low, 39 now and partly sunny. Crisp fall-like morning!

    Left Philly at 3:30. It was mostly sunny and 65. Got home to a light shower and 48. Still much warmer than out your way. You've been comparing this weekend to 2 weeks ago - I recall being much warmer on Saturday than you were, and then Sunday was our turn for wintry weather. We'll see how tomorrow goes but we'll be leaving in the afternoon for the final curtain on the season.
