  1. The worst of that t storm missed to my west and SW but i got a rainbow. Over E Tremont Av in Parkchester
  2. In the bx..Look like it was about to pour but just light rain with some gusty winds,lots of lightning but worst of it look like it shifted just west headed down Manhattan.
  3. T storm incoming, lots of lightning looking north The sound of thunder and the endless fireworks, M 80s etc here is an interesting mix.

  5. actually pushing 90 again here. Steady at 89 for a while. No rain or rain cooled low temps yday helps
  6. Mostly cloudy 88 dew 66 after a high of 92. A few distant rumbles of thunder, but saw some dramatic lightning strikes looking north. Was briefly on the roof but then got the hell off. Also looks very ominous looking toward Westchester while some sun shines looking toward LGA.

  12. It took a 100 F temp in the Arctic circle for the Park to hit 90.

  14. Today could be the day for the Park. Its 79 now, while that's still running a little cooler than surrounding urban area readings already in the low 80s, it still a good enough start to reach 90 in a dry Central Park. Just watch out for a renegade t storm.
  15. Hot one..89 dew 69 under searing June sun. Steady summer weather is here..forecast of steady highs 87 - 90 for the foreseeable future.
  16. I had to go to midtown today, first time I've been in Manhattan in months. Its kind of a different world down there in terms of social distancing, much more lax attitude..not FL level, but its still a different vibe. I think there is less people personally affected by covid compared to the other boros. So many people have died up here its still a terrifying thing to alot of people.

  18. 58 after a low of 52, one of the cooler mornings I can remember by mid June within the UHI.
  19. Nothing here...looks like the Rockaways have been getting some relentless heavy rain
  20. Wind turn south now and jumped up to 82, dew 72. Matching the high set at midnight.
