Nah, I'm right in the middle of the 6-12" but where the blue fades to white but it was also supposed to be in the same spot last night and where did that band end up, lol? I want this band more than anyone else but when you've been burned so many times especially wrt LES, it gets old quick, lol, but nonetheless I'm good.

.AVIATION /20Z MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY/... A winter storm will move from the Mid-Atlantic to the east coast overnight, spreading snow across our terminals. Visibilities will drop to between 2SM and 5SM with ceilings around 1500-2500 feet after the snow arrives. This doesn't even make sense, lol, the storm will move from the Mid-Atl to the East Coast, seriously?? Maybe they mean the Midwest, lol??

It holds on to it longer but I'd imagine it still has to redevelop so I can't see it redeveloping and the primary remaining the dominant feature so we'll see but I can't see that scenario playing out quite like the GFS is showing but its the weather so anything can happen.

I'm really liking tomorrows event as it leads right into a decent LES event with winds aligning out of the WNW/NW which oscillates in between the two flows for about 12 hrs with a nice converging of the winds with super omega. Here's the GFS tomorrow evening, notice the converging winds almost at the sutrface, and look at how the omega intersects the highest rh field so I would expect there to be some intense snows around tomorrow evenig. 06Z Wed Oh Boy, lol, impressive to say the least! 03Z Wed morning basically an all night event, but the one caveat is that its the GFS, lol, but ya never know. anyway, 12Z wed still going strong! I will check the 3K Nam to see if the GFS is off but iut seems like its not according to the 3K. Here's the 03Z Wed, even more omega with steep lapse rates with no inversions to impede growth. Suffice to say that I will be watchin out for some serious LE snows somewhere around here, lol!

I'll give it till 3Z and if it hasn't dropped yet than its probably not gonna, lol!

i think the band might get aided along by Huron in a few hrs as it attempts to connect, or at least starts to get seeded by Huron.

The EURO is a downer for sure, lol! 1.6", what a joke, as I'd rather it not snow at all, but 'm sure its gonna change the next run so no worries.

Looks like the whole band is gonna come ashore then the band will reform on a more W-WNW direction, so we'll see.

Yeah shes starting to drop out on the West end of the lake so lets see how evident that shift is a little later on.

Winds really haven't shifted all that much as of yet but I think a wind shift is pretty evident on the Vis Sat on the West end of the Lake but that won't be here till after 7 or so and thats plenty of time to drop a couple to a few inches, easy.....

I wouldn't discount anywhere in that cone I mentioned from NO. Cayuga up to Oswego somewhere in there we may see some impressive totals but whos to say Central Oswego cty doesn't get in on the action as well, lol! Let the lake spread the love!

You may see this band for the next few hrs cause the winds are just starting to veer at the Western end of the lake.
