Ava was not making into something this morning when she was on TV, she mentioned it could happen but temps would be above 32 so it wouldn't be much nor would it accumulate.

this. a 30 of miller is our usual go-to when we have a group coming over to enjoy the pool. sure we tell them to bring their own too, but its always nice to just to have extras around and a cheap drunk is my favorite.

keep some dfh sea quench around for summer pool drinking

I agree that some people overexaggerate our climo.

But you are doing the opposite. This isn't Florida bro. Sure "it happens" like once every 30 years. This is a record breaking four year snowless stretch. You can't in any way shape or form justify this as normal anymore than the weenies can justify 20-30 inch seasons as normal.

BTW, how is your call for a colder/snowier pattern working out? I seem to remember you attacking PSU for his negative outlook on this winter, which is now presenting itself perfectly.

First off I am 68 years old so please don’t call me bro. Leave that for any of your friends you might have which by your posting style I doubt you have

secondly I hope you get snow soon because you seem unhinged. Bad winters happen bro, suck it up buttercup. If you can’t, move north

Not to nitpick, but there are higher spots in N DE near the PA line. A few locations over 400 ft.

haha, i was going to make the same post...I drive past the highest point in Delaware just about daily, which is on Ebright road and is about 448 feet ASL

Glen Mills is my post office, but down here we just heard the storm chugging by, probably a couple of minutes before touch down. Pretty awesome sounding, and unusual, especially on Halloween and at 11:30 pm. I'll admit I was on the edge of my seat on the porch, lol. Glad that (apparently) no one was hurt.

yep, i was up picking through the candy haul when the warning went off...wife wanted to wake the kids and scramble to the basement but as it was a couple of miles northeast of us i talked her down...definitely was loud though...

    edit: never lost power thankfully

Timing couldn't be more perfect. My Davis went on the fritz a few weeks back. Can only attribute to a possible lightning strike.
Figures I've been smack-dab ground zero for repeated runs, always thought that was the place to be five days out...shall see...
I have a back-up (TX Weather, the 8000 model)  and been wanting to seat for a few months now. Health issues have prevented me from getting on the roof disassembling old, attaching the new. Mostly it's the retraction of a telescoping antenna 40ft to the top and getting the guy-wire secured.
Possible storm of a lifetime, the good Lord will not allow this to happen!

I'm loaded for BEAR. Structure will withstand 150mph+, provision wise must go get some Fillet-Mignon. Generac is locked and loaded (100GA of propane) good for a week. Lost electric Mathew for a week, never again...

are you saying jesus knows how to install a TX 8000 on your roof? or he'll just hold Dorian up until you get it installed?  or move the storm altogether?

Solid first post, dude. Few tips - lay off capslock, makes you look uneducated/angry/weird. Also, the political stuff is even weirder. This is a private message board, the owners have every right to control the content. This also goes back to point one (looking uneducated) because you show that you don't really understand the constitution.

    Where do you live?

i read the from the heart part in napoleon dynamite's voice and the from the fist part in sam kinison's and it absolutely slayed
