A super nice low of 58 this Am. Apple Pie and Picnic Basket type weekend with just scattered showers today and Sunday on Meso's.
There’s a Softball playoff tournament this weekend for my family to attend for my youngest daughter’s team.
I am thankful for temps in the 70s with low dews & a breeze.
Sure beats 90s & humidity!

I am getting impatient with getting the lower dew points into my backyard!
Dew is still 62 here, while most of the state has dews in the 50s now….
I know they are on the way…but this is like dealing with virga while waiting for first flakes in Winter, Lol!

Hopefully Rouzerville did well too with rain?

One day closer to fall! The Blizz countdown clock is already moving to the good (and thanks for starting the thread)! As to the mowing crown, it is sort of like how the rest of the AHL looks at the Hershey Bears. The real challenge is to see who can finish second. Click link for live time. It gets better every second!
This is amazing…I added it to my favorites.
Time to root for low dew points & occasional breaks in the heat!

Welcome to everybody's favorite season. I know each and every one of us is looking forward to temperatures in the 90's and dewpoints in the 70 plus range! Summer is the time where we can throw our jeans back into the closet and proudly put on that speedo and hang out at the pool drinking a beer with @Canderson. Will this be the summer when there is a drought emergency in the 'burg, while it's pouring in Marysville yet again? Will this be the Summer where @Bubbler86 is out watering his lawn under the cover of darkness violating the Rouzerville water restriction yet again? Will this Summer finally see the King of mowing dynasty @Itstraingtime come to an end and his mower rusts away from weeks of not mowing due to a parched lawn and forfeiting his title to @Atomixwx? Will @Voyager be broadcasting live on I-81 doing his trucker video's showing the macadam buckling from intense heat? Or will this Summer be a flop? All these questions and more will be answered on September 1st. Enjoy this Summer!
Very well done Sir!
Great thread starter post!

I need this to happen at MDT.
Maybe that would be 1.3” of frozen that would pad our seasonal total to get us to the 20” mark.
That last storm in February still stings where I got 7” of snow in Marysville, while MDT got less than 2” of snow. That death band of snow that hit just north of Harrisburg, robbed the turnpike & south of a better event.

WGAL throws down the gauntlet and says you may need an umbrella for Sunday golf in Lanco.
CTP strongly disagrees. Here is their current point & click forecast for Lancaster on Sunday.
SundayPartly sunny, with a high near 80. Calm wind becoming south 5 to 8 mph in the morning. -
Currently 58 with a glorious dew point of 42.
Great day upcoming to end May!

Low of 44 in Marysville.

So, it’s pouring yet again in Marysville.
Hopefully this shower survives crossing the river so Harrisburg can cash in as well for the sake of @canderson ‘s lawn!

It’a already dry and no rain today and none in the next week I expect stuff to start browning quickly.
Lol, epic drought coming to downtown Harrisburg!
Stay safe…

It looks like Rouzerville is getting the rain goods now.
We need to have him spending more time mowing.

Thank goodness it’s raining yet again in Marysville…
I’ve had enough already!

Bizarre weather in Marysville currently. It’s pouring rain, but the sun is out with clear skies to my west.
But the radar just to my west is lit up like a Christmas tree…
-
Raining moderately in Marysville again, but thankfully nothing severe.

I see someone lurking….
DuBois looks to be spared today…
