  1. Yes, but last season needs to have a large asterisk because of the short fake season with no fans.
  2. Back in the days with 100 years of No World Series victory?
  3. Lol... Don’t worry, their good players will be traded away before too long!
  4. Moneyball is not fun for the fans when teams like the A’s and Ray’s trade away players when they get into their last 2 years of arbitration and their salary starts to increase too much for their small budget.
  5. Lol...I am honored to be mentioned in your 5000th post!

  14. Lol, that’s interesting with Freezing rain with well over freezing temps! Maybe they had an office holiday celebration up there that got a little out of hand?

  16. Every day that we can avoid 85 & humid from now until September is a win!
  17. We do have a great chance of making history today. CTP has this in their discussion. CLIMATE... Record cold (minimum) high temperatures are possible on Saturday. Current record cold high temperatures for 5/29 and 5/30: MDT..57F (1990) | 58F (1953) IPT..55F (1967) | 53F (1953) AOO..52F (1990) | 54F (1984) BFD..49F (1967) | 48F (1984) STC..51F (1990) | 49F (1953)
  18. Thankfully this isn’t really Winter or else meltdowns in here would be underway!
  19. CTP says we need might not get as much rain today as previously anticipated.... Models seems to have shifted in their solutions for later this afternoon and tonight, whereas previously it appears another wave would enhance shower activity over the eastern half of central PA by tonight. It now appears more likely that this area will be farther east and southeast, with a continuation of moist southeast flow bringing drizzle and spotty light showers with less QPF than previously expected later today and tonight. Regardless, the persistent chilly/moist easterly flow will maintain unseasonably cool and damp conditions with highs more typical of March than late May.
  20. I agree that breaks in the heat are essential for me to make summer more tolerable. I can handle a few days of 90’s better if I know that there are a few days of 70’s on the way.
  21. @paweather Start driving now to Saint Mary’s PA! Flurries reported there with the last hourly Observation on the CTP website! ST MARYS FLURRIES 46 45 93 NE10
  22. Yes, their updated forecast really extended the rain well into Sunday. They also further lowered the Sunday temps.
