  1. Our snow tracking time is slowly approaching…just a couple of months to go.
  2. It will soon be time for the long range Euro weeklies to see the possibilities of first frost and first flakes for CTP.
  3. ALEET! ALEET! Current radar indicates rain is underway in both Cashtown & Rouzerville.
  4. Only 15 days of Met. Summer to go! I root for any and all snow whenever possible!
  5. @paweather found some snow on the map up in Canada in July!
  6. Exactly, yesterday there was a 60% chance of showers, but almost nothing materialized. At least most of us scored some decent rain the previous few days.
  7. Yes, a very nice break indeed after the extreme heat of the last few days.
  8. Hopefully drought busting rains are on the way for @Bubbler86 & @Cashtown_Coop
  9. It sounds like rain chances are on the way for most days this week.
  10. The temps today should be great and low dew points will make it a wonderful Sunday to be outside.
  11. Here is what CTP said this morning in their discussion: “The precipitation chances remain high into midweek, as that sub-tropical moisture flows up into PA. Daily showers and storms can be expected through the bulk of next week. In terms of Tropical Depression Fred, Central PA will not see significant impacts at this time. The tropical system is forecast to fall apart before it reaches PA. Our main concern in terms of precipitation will remain in the daily showers and storms, with moderate to high forecast PWs (+2") downpours will certainly be possible.”
  12. That’s a shame for your area down there. Most of the rest of us are at or above normal precip for the season and the year to date. MDT is currently a little above normal precip for the year.
  13. Heavy rain with thunder, lightning and wind is now underway in Marysville.
  14. A lot of lightning currently in the distance to my north. I think the line of storms will make it to the LSV a little later on.
  15. I’ll look forward to the relief on the way early next week. Monday A chance of showers after 3pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 82. Chance of precipitation is 40%. Monday Night A chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 65. Chance of precipitation is 40%. Tuesday A chance of showers. Partly sunny, with a high near 81. Chance of precipitation is 50%. Tuesday Night A chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 64. Chance of precipitation is 50%. Wednesday A chance of showers. Partly sunny, with a high near 83.
