  3. Just got home from work. Since 4am another 3.5" giving me 14" accumulation total for Storm. Still light snow...maybe with a bit of LES, I get to 16". But as I've said the past couple days, south shore will most likely jack...

  6. I'm backup after 5 hr. nap...longer than I wanted. (Damn rum!) Going to take a measurement, eyeballing...10-12...
  7. Flake size improving here, and intensity has increased to near 1"/hr.
  8. The HRDPS shows pretty much accumulations since 18z closed to what we have observed... And here are totals at noon tomorrow: bulk of snow comes next 8hrs.
  9. Yeah, I think we have about a 4 to 6 hour period of better dendrites starting about 10 or 11pm. Fingers crossed!
  10. Flake size should improve for all areas (that are snowing). I just checked some soundings going forward from the NAM and it looks like the DGZ grows a bit thickness wise and Omega increases within. 5.5" in Caz with moderate SN.
  11. Flake size near the taint is ok...was better earlier...but there are a few fluff bombs mixed in.
  12. 3.5" in Caz....snow increasing last 5 min. 3rd rum and diet down....#4 in the making.
  13. Got let out of work in Bridgeport early, back in Caz. 3" since start (7:00ish). Light to moderate snow, att...nice dendrite size. 29°
  14. Yep....zoom in.... That's why I think the South shore of lake Ontario ultimately ends up with as much snow as those close to the taint line.
  15. Yeah, I'm pretty close in Cax...but I think Jack's might be shared with S. shore of L. Ontario as ratios go up on Friday...probably pushing 20+" there...
  16. I'm driving to work, And at about 900' above sea level, From 1200' in Cazanovia, It switched to rain with a few flakes mixed in around Chittenango.
  17. I agree. The south shore of lake Ontario with the higher ratios later in the event, may jackpot.
  18. The 12Z NAM is really lingering the snow through Friday afternoon for central and most of W. New York.
