She has multiple warning systems and they do a good job of alerting if it gets close. Only 11 are dead and that alone is a miracle.

A very good friend might lose her home today in Encino. She was woken up late last night to evacuate immediately

Looks to be about 1.25”. Oddly alley roads in the city are not covered at all but sidewalk are.
