They’ll lose their franchise if they do (well if it isn’t a shady place) that. If it’s Shell or Sunoco or Exxon it’s getting that specific fuel with its specific added detergents.

If it matters, no gas is actually harmful or "watered" down like our parents would say. But they don't have additives/detergents that help them burn cleaner which the branded top tier fuels do. Driving 15 minutes to save 1 mpg is not really worthy. One of my biggest gripes about gas stations is so many still lack Apple Pay. In fact, outside Wawa and Sheetz they're pretty hard to find. Grrrrrrrrr

We're a one-car house and until we can get to DC and back on a charge in the winter - I'll stick with hybrids.

It's not top tier fuel. Whether you care/notice your car running differently on non high quality gas is a different story. It also can depend on your car - a normal 87-calibared non turbo engine it might not be too noticeable except 1-2 mpg off if you used another fuel type.

Costco is good! They use top tier fuel, as does Wawa actually. Your Gulf, Sonoco, Shell stations all will make your car run better than the bottom-barrel shit Sheetz because they are top tier fuel stations. I'm excited for the Costco to open over by Wegmans here; we're out that way every week whereas we rarely are by the one up off Jonestown Road.
