It’s planting day apparently because the entire area stinks.

Harrisburg was definitely colder than surrounding areas this year. The river here was iced for almost 2 months, and that 8.5" snow we got was on the ground for a long time. Mechanicsburg was bare and we still had solid snow everywhere.
