It’s 55 in my backyard.

MDT finished 2018 with 67.03” rain, 6.7” below the 2011 record.

I miss winter. It’s been basically April this month. And it looks more and more like January won’t deliver any winter or cold the first 10 or so days at least either.

More rain. MDT will end the 2nd wettest year ever but really it’s the wettest. 2011’s rain came in a two week period between Irene and Lee (like 29” or something). The number of rainy days in 2018 has to be like double that of 2011.

It never rained in Harrisburg since say 7 a.m. Crazy stuff.

Getting shut out of snow in December does sting (and it's looking somewhat likely - Christmas Eve has a potential storm but I don't see cold air enough to bring snow). But our snow months seem to be late, late January, mid February and March these days and December seems to always be a weird month. It's been chilly at least.

Was 16 at the house when I woke up at 7:15 a.m. A very cold morning out and about. And it looks like a crapload of rain is inbound Friday evening, 1"+ possible.

We might have a repeat this weekend - we stay too warm and the SE cool enough for another round.
