Had .1” rain today (before 11 am, dry all day otherwise). 1.25” for the two day event. Might get a shower in the morning but it’ll be another nice afternoon.

Sun is out. It’s 61. Great fall afternoon.

We have never made it to Oct 25 without turning on the furnace. Pretty sure we can make it to Nov 1 - it’s 70 in here still.

Rain is about done for all the LSV tonight and I think we do get dryslotted tomorrow.

Just passes 1”. Saturday afternoon might be quite nice - low 60s and maybe a peek or two of sun.

Also the Susky is really high - it's less than 2' away from overrrunning the banks here in HBG.

It sucks, right? I'm shielded from east winds pretty much - it's the SW (which we get most often) that hit the corner of the house and make all kinds of ruckus.

Parents outside Dallas had a few in the 50s yesterday. 1/2 of Texas saw high winds, from the Oklahoma border to the gulf. That's pretty rare.

Winds from the east here are rare. And the sun is breaking out every-so-slighltly.

CTP has mentioned the heaviest will be mid afternoon to late evening. Winds will gust I. Low 30s tomorrow night.

He also mentioned twice they were playing Illinois this weekend. He's most definitely not focused on this week's game.

Oh I'm talking specifically about Saturday. It seems the rain is mostly out of here after the early morning hours. On/off light stuff that clears out by the evening. But not a total washout like Friday will be.

That cuts way back iirc on Saturday precip. CTP discussion indicates it'll be pretty dry by the afernoon and end up mostly to partly cloudy. Tomorrow looks downright gross.
