    12 at 4:45. It’s windy af but big gusts seem overall less frequent at least. Although my fence gate was blown off its hinges 30 mins ago. That was a loud thud.

    Our RAV4’s gate is frozen shut. Neve had that happen - guess rain got in the arm when we opened it last night and froze.

    My next house is going it be a concrete cylinder underground so I never have to deal with wind again.

    I think it's more how high is my roof and how strong are the winds that funnel down into my house. I'd get a metal roof if not for the 2-3x the cost these days of asphalt shingles.

    Same. I have huge puddles all over. I see no way they don’t become rinks. All pretreatment was washed away.

    Yea seems sustained is more near 20. What’s unusual is that gusts to 45 will last for days.

    Also why is there no wind advisor for the LSV? Wind advisories are south in MD/DC.
