  1. The guy I know son is leading the Mass open and set the course record yesterday. I've never seen him play but one of my good friends has and says he hits the crap out of the ball. https://www.massgolf.org/news/mass-open-round-1-2024/
  2. 63/50 here now. Gotta to be similar in billerica. Throw on a hoodie and go for a walk. it'll do you good.
  3. Certainly doesn't feel like it. What a night!
  4. Weekend looks like a repeat. What's not to like? Also what does next Monday look like for you? Might be down in your neck of the woods if you can sneak out for a little golf.
  5. Apparently you missed the weekend forecast. Or didn't Twitter have it?
  6. That blows. Maybe we'll get lucky.
  7. Did a couple more today. The other species aren't that big although I haven't hunted too much. River Birch about 7 ft in circumference and black birch about the same.
  8. Worry about it if it ever happens. Until that time...
  9. We've been hearing these tales of unrelenting heat since the beginning of March. Maybe it'll actually happen this time lolz...
  10. It will warm up nicely rest assured.
  11. Sweet looking week incoming. Very brief mild up Thursday and Friday then right back into it. Doesn't get much better!
  12. Tolerable. Usually when I go to Florida I visit friends in Tampa right on the Bay. Way better than Orlando but I still wouldn't want to be there for the summer.
  13. Seriously, why do people live there?
  14. 65/55 with a stiff breeze. Summer weather everyone can agree on! Grab the hoodie and spark up the fire pit.
  15. SGIDI Sure glad I didn't install.
  16. 54 here. Could do without the rain but the temperature's heavenly. Maybe we can make it last through the summer.
  17. That's awesome! Take a picture sometime when you get a chance.
  18. You put the bug in my ear to measure some of my trees. Can you please repost your measurements. Biggest / oldest seems to be a white oak at around 12 ft in circumference. Using the growth rate charts I found puts it at around 190 years. Although I couldn't find the growth rate for black locust. Have one a little over 12 ft.
  19. Looks like Southern Vermont is the jackpot. Just enough rain here to suck.
  20. In my line of work it's unavoidable. I've had lyme three times. Catch it early and doxicillin the next day you're right as rain. If you ever catch Anaplasmosis however don't mess around. Had it once when it was pretty much unknown in New England. Drove myself to the hospital about 2 miles away and got lost. I was burning up. 106° temperature. They admitted me right away. My blood counts were unreal. What was kind of cool though was I found out the CDC really does its job. They called me right away.
  21. It's a regular Crow fest today! Couldn't get any nicer.
