A cold front moves through the region tonight, bringing widespread rain with the possibility of downpours and some rumbles of thunder. Showers clear out in the morning, with a sunny afternoon and near normal highs Tuesday. Dry weather and cooler Wednesday with below normal temperatures. An approaching warm front will bring a round or two of showers to the region Wednesday night into early Thursday. Milder temperatures arrive Thursday into Friday with a round or two of showers possible but not a washout. Temperatures trend cooler next weekend with rain and possible by later Saturday and or Sunday. ASS
