  1. I mean, for most it did. We had a Severe Thunderstorm Watch and we had a couple of warnings I think, which all seemed rather weak. Line actually looks like it is strongest right now crossing the bay.
  2. Yep. Not much here, but at least the clouds helped cool things off and there was something to track.
  3. Everything fired too far west, too late today.
  4. I'm still not seeing it. HRRR looks pretty pedestrian and it's the most bullish model I've seen.
  5. Yeah, that's it. The one storm farther west fell apart. Tomorrow looks interesting, maybe Friday, too.
  6. Any kind of westerly wind is never a great sign for us. Gotta have that southeast wind!
  7. Tornado Warning for Philly. Talk about a day up there. Looks like some widely scattered activity could sneak down here in a few hours.
  8. Looks like all that stuff popping is just west of 95 and probably won't really blow up (if it even does) until it's too late and probably crossing the bay.
  9. I did notice latest NAM shifted the line around some and gave more hope for our area. HRRR doesn't have much. At least it gives us something to watch today, and obviously the next few days. Been generally really boring weather-wise for a long time.
  10. NAM seems to like Thursday a lot more than Wednesday for us.
  11. Swing a miss for the area today. Nice line from about extreme northern MD into PA.
  12. HRRR is basically a whiff here. Looks like the best shot is west of Philly.
  13. Looks ok in Southern PA. Harrisburg might be a bit too far north verbatim, but you are close enough that you could see action.
  14. Latest 3K is a lot less impressive than the 6z was.
  15. Makes sense. Not seeing any severe risk, and chance of just thunderstorms even seems low looking at radar, but pretty good batch of moisture headed this way.
  16. Threat has shifted way far south in the past 24 hours. Gone from Central MD to south of DC.
  17. Wow, radarscope's total accumulation is way off then. Has under an inch up there.
  18. Radarscope has a general half inch or so across the region. Frederick area is the big winner with 1-2 inches plus.
  19. Just judging by radar, this looks like a 1-2 inch deal. Don't really see the flooding concerns unless the intensity increases with this line and there is some training.
  20. I mean, it might not be flooding rains, but I don't see how it isn't a soaking rainfall.
  21. Takes longer to get here but it’s still only about four hours of rain in any one location.
  22. 3K NAM has been overdoing it lately, but looking at latest run, looks like it comes in pretty early tomorrow and is out of here in the afternoon. It moves through slowly, but not slow enough for training, and the line is pretty narrow, so its only about 4 hours of heavy rain in any one location.
  23. I thought the heavy rain/flooding threat was for midweek and not this weekend?
  24. 3K NAM had looked pretty impressive for tomorrow morning and then the latest run barely brings in any rain.
