    There's an official NWS report of 9.5" in my area from about 2 hours ago. The big band isn't quite here yet.

    Yeah, I'm frankly amazed at some of the numbers I'm seeing for RI.

    I've done that. Here in RI, the local mets are pretty confident about the 8-12" range.

    Just once, I'd like a forecast for my area that says "You're gonna get clobbered, stay home". These measly 1-2" storms are just too irritating.

    I'm starting to think these models want me to suffer. Round one, more snow fell to my west. Round two, more falling to the east.

    Local meteos still talking 2-5" TOTAL down here in RI. I think they are expecting bare pavement tomorrow morning due to rain.
