    Channel 5’s website has a very quick look back video on the President’s Day Blizzard of 2003. One of my favorite storms in an overall great winter.

    We all know we have our favorite setups in winter depending on geography. SWFEs suck here on the coast. Even with a good “thump”, rain often washes most if not all away. When coastals dominate we are cleaning up while CNE and especially NNE are hurting. So expectations are low here for this weekend. Congratulations NNE and even CNE. Always glad someone is getting the goods.

    Coming down real good here. Big flakes. Only accumulating on grass so far.

    It’s a classic SWFE here. Southern Weenies F’d Everytime. Been rain all day. Hopefully the New Year brings some coastals.

    Had a lull in the snow about 10:45 to about 11:45. Snow picked up to best of the night. See where we are in the morning.

    Well he knows better than to let Wankum handle things. How much are they paying that guy? Useless imho.

    Is there a stall or loop like in '78? There were postings yesterday re: this but haven't seen much today.
